Description

PROJECT NUMBER NYJS 99-4028/4029 - REMOVE AND REPLACE EXISTING INTERIOR HOT AND COLD PIPING FOR BLDGS 858 and 859 AT CAMP KINSER, OKINAWA, JAPAN Firm Fixed Price Construction Contract, Remove and Replace Existing Interior Hot and Cold Piping For Buildings 858 and 859, Camp Kinser, Okinawa, Japan. The work includes but not limited to: Replace the following: existing domestic hot and cold piping, existing chilled and hot water piping for cooling and heating system, existing circulating pumps, existing ceiling as required, exterior and interior walls as required, existing lighting fixtures as required and removing of asbestos containing materials. The contractor will also be treating the domestic water tank on the facility and removing, cleaning and reinstalling the fan coil units (about 280 units). The magnitude of this contract will between $1 -$5 million or 133,400,000 yen to 667,000,000 yen NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. AWARDS CAN ONLY BE MADE TO FIRMS LICENSED AND AUTORIZED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. PROSPECTIVE OFFERORS ARE INVITED TO DOWN LOAD INFORMATION CONCERNING THIS PROJECT.
