- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotation being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The procurement is for 1 each of the following items; Everest VIT brand or equal 1. Video Probe XL Pro-Measurement Model (part # PXLM732A SYS). -Insertion tube outer diameter: 7.3mm(0.287in). -Insertion tube working length: 3.2m(10.7ft) A. Probe tips: -Headguard tip protector (part # PXT750FF) -50-degree fwd view tip (white) (part # PXTM750FG) -50-degree side view tip (green) (part # PXTM750SG) B. Measurement Model XL PRO Feature Set: -50 watt Solarc lamp light source -Handheld controller with 5-inch diagonal high-resolution active matrix LCD -Shipping Case with wheels and retractable handle -Joystick controlled motor driven All-Way tip articulation with Steer-and-Stay fine articulation -Home/Return-to-Center function for probe orientation -Adjustable brightness of display and probe tip light intensity -Composite and S-video outputs -Accessories: Probe neck strap, AC power cord, LCD sun visor, Operators guide -Creates BMP and JPG image files, WAV annotation files and arrow placement on display -1.44 MB floppy disk drive for image and audio file export/import -Integrated handpiece microphone -Integrated speaker with volume control, and line level audio output -Freeze Frame, image inversion and split screen -Digital Zoom Three-step magnification, up to 2X -Accepts external video inputs -Long Exposure control of CCD camera -Measurement capability using Shadow Probe technology in inches or mm (depth, distance and skew measurement) -Circle gauge onscreen video comparison tool and video caliper measurement tool -XL PROware PC-based re-measurement software 2. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-04. This solicitation is unrestricted. This acquisition falls under the Standard Industrial Classification number 3829, the North American Industry Classification System 334519, and the Business Size Standard or number of employees under this code is 500. Vendor must be actively registered with Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must comply with all instructions contained in FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial. FAR clause 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Item applies to this solicitation. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is conforming to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. Overall price is the evaluation factor. The following additional FAR provisions and clauses do apply: FAR 52.212-4 is incorporated by reference and will be incorporated in the Purchase Order by reference. FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, a completed copy of this provision shall be submitted with the offer. Quotes without this provision completed will not be considered. FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, to include clauses (b)(11),(12),(13),(14),(15),(16),(17),(24): DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration.
