- Description: Laminate, part numbers and quantities: 4613180160 (3900 SHEETS), 4605080Y180160W (1250 SHEETS), 46050AAX180160W (1800 SHEETS), 46050SSY180160W (600 SHEETS), 46050VVY180160W (650 SHEETS), and 46120VPY180160W (600 SHEETS). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the formate in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The laminate should conform to the Institute for Interconnecting and Packaging Electronic Circuit's specification for base materials for rigid and multi-layer printed boards standard, IPC-4101, specification sheet #24 "woven e-glas fabric majority epoxy modified or unmodified, flam resistant NEMA FR-4 MIL-S-13949/04-GF-GFG 150C-200C. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; PROPOSALS ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. SEE NOTE 22 - SOLE SOURCE NOTE. The proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government intend to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications - Commercial Itms), 52.212-4 (Contract terms and conditions - Commercial Items), and 52.212-5 (Contract terms and conditions required to implement statutes or executive orders--Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Quotations/proposals may be faxed to (478) 926-2652.
