- PR NR: FD2020-02-65432. This PR is initiated to obtain contractual services for repair. This requirement is in support of the AN/FSQ-114, Global Awareness (GA). NSN: 5998-01-112-2732IE, CIRCUIT CARD ASSY, P/N: 226138G1. Delivery sched: 60 days after receipt of order (ARO) or after receipt of reparable (ARR) whichever is later. Ship to: FB2029, Hill AFB, Ut. The anticipated award date will be 29 APR 2002. Electronic procedure will be used for this solicitation. To: Raytheon Optical Systems Inc, Danbury Ct 06810 7589. An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate contractor, concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process.
