- In accordance with the Federal Aviation Administration Acquisition Mangement System (FAAAMS), the FAA Western-Pacific Region hereby publicly announces this Request for Proposal (RFP), North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for project is 234990. <P> The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, coordination, transporation, services and materials required to construct a Remote Transmitter at the Hayward Municipal Airport, Hayward, CA. This work includes, but is not limited to: construct new CMU equipment building, construct antenna footings and erection of three (3) RT antenna towers (GFM); construct 8-foot high chain link perimeter fence enclosure with swing gates and access road; furnish/install electrical power and installation of all electrical equipment and related works; furnish/install electrical power and installation of all electrical equipment and related works; furnish/install supports for all cable trays, conduits, and equipment; furnish/install wall mounted air conditioning units; furnish/install lightning and grounding system for all RT antenna towers and equipment building; construct overhead electronic cable supports for GFM antenna dish cables; furnish/install concrete encased PVC duct bank for t! elephone line; furnish/install obstruction lights for towers; furnish/install electronics cables and juntion boxes for towers; furnish/install duct bank from each RT tower to equipment building; furnish/install DC Battery System; coordinate with ANG, Airport Authority, PG&E, to conduct and activate tie-in of electrical power to new building; perform an underground utility probe to excavation of underground utilities, other cables and utility lines; provide-detailed project schedule, submittals, warranty and operations manuals, as-built drawings, temporary contract facilities.
