- This synopsis represents initiation of Market Research under FAR Part 10. | We are seeking expression of interest in supply support contract for worldwide demand of all PINS (FSC 5315). | A possible two-year contract with three one-year options is being considered. | We are also considering this as a multiple source or single source acquisition. | Please indicate your thoughts on this issue with the Market Survey reply. | Estimated annual dollar value is $4 million. | The government's intention is to develop a RFP from the aggregate of information provided by industry as a whole in response to this RFI. | There are 3 documents attached to this synopsis that you should review: the Request for Information, the Market Survey, and the Listing of NSN's for the Proposed contract. | The attachments to this synopsis/RFI are complete for your review.
