- Description
- The contractor shall establish and operate a transient aircraft maintenance management and control system in accordance with the quality standards and within the timelines established by this Statement of Need (SON). (subparagraphs are not all inclusive) The contractor shall perform arrival, processing and departure services to meet transient aircraft mission requirements. The contractor shall launch, recover, inspect and service aircraft in accordance with Technical Orders (TOs), Air Force, Air Education Training Command (AETC) and Tyndall Air Force Base (TAFB) directives.
