- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote under the number FU083020790200. This solicitation is reserved as a small business set-aside. The associated standard industrial classification (SIC) code is 7372 and the NAICS code is 511210 - small business size standard is $21.0. Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification ? Commercial Items (Atch 1) along with their offer. This requirement is a BRAND NAME OR EQUAL. If submitting quote on any item, other than the requested item, offeror must submit all technical specification/ documentation sheets for comparison purposes. Scott AFB Base is seeking quotes on the following: Qty 1 each - ELP - 00300-NL-P, Emprix e-Load Profession with 300 virtual users (e-load Professional includes: embedded e-Tester with Visual Script technology plus VBA - e - Manager for test management - Standard ServerStats (IIS, Apache, ColdFusion, ASP, SQL, and operating systems) - e- Reporter for real-time graphing and historical reporting/analysis - Standard AgentPack (thin and thick agents for Windows NT and 2000 for all VUs) - Testing libraries. To assure timely and equitable evaluation of offers, each offeror must complete and submit a technical proposal, pricing, and delivery date. Award of this acquisition will be based on Best Value to the Government and the evaluation criteria for award will be technical specifications, and price. The Government reserves the right not to award to the lowest quote. Price will be evaluated by the total of all items added together, if applicable. Technical Proposal shall consist of manufacturers' technical specifications, literature, and brochures of items. Each offeror must submit a completed copy of Representations and Certifications, Technical proposal (to include Manufacturers specifications, literature, and brochures of items), and price proposal. Contractors must actively be registered on the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) to be eligible for award.
