- Description
- Furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary to abate asbestos containing material from ceilings of four housing units at Sta.Yaquina Bay in Newport, Oregon. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Remove and dispose of all asbestos acoustic ceiling materials and retexture with non-asbestos acoustic ceiling materials. B. Tape joints as required and paint the entire ceiling and wall surfaces. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $25,000 and $100,000. Performance period is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. This procurement is subject to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to large and small business participation. The applicable NAICS code is 562910. Small Business size standard is $11.5 million. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation can be downloaded from (http://www.eps.gov/) on approximately 15 Apr 2002. If it does not appear on that date, please check back daily. Due dates for quotes will be 15 May 2002.
