- Description
- This project is install new and/or replace existing roofs with metal roofs on USDA Forest Service buildings located on the Shasta-Trinity National Forest, Shasta, Siskiyou and Trinity Counties, California. Project will be awarded as a base bid for new roofs at Big Bend Station, Big Bend; Coffee Creek Station, Coffee Creek; McCloud Warehouse, McCloud; and Ash Creek Station, Ash Creek, California. An option period will be established for additional roof replacements at McCloud and Mt. Shasta, California, and will be considered for evaluation purposes. Option period will expire on 30 Sep 02. Estimated start date is May 15, 2002. Price range is $250,000 to $500,000 including all options. Offers will be evaluated based on price and past performance and the Government reserves the right to award to other than the lowest price. Solicitation documents will be available for downloading from this website on or about April 10, 2002.
