- Description
- The Social Security Administration (SSA) intends to acquire using Simplified Acquisition Procedures APW Wright Line equipment and related services (installation) for rack equipment for Sun switches, open racks, Sun free standing equipment, and Sun rack mounts to match existing APW Wright Line equipment at SSA's Central Headquarters in Woodlawn Maryland. The APW Wright Line part numbers for the equipment to be supplied are as follows: AV4004, AV4008, CVSN8, CVSN15, CVSN30, 6LE1, 6LO7, ME19, LE32, BLS4818, LE33, LA 13, LPS4015, F61LHUP1, F61RHUP1, F60CTPR1, LM19, LM32, BLS6018, LM33, LA13, LPS4015, LA09MM,7CPI, 7E14, PB 91, LCB7, LCE6, LPS6015, LA5000, 7L1P, 7E14, 7B15, PB91, 7CB5, LPS15RMS, and LCB7. SSA will not respond to requests for solicitation copies and will not pay for information received in response to this announcement. SSA will issue a Request For Quotation (RFQ) that details the exact configurations, etc. to interested parties. Responses to this announcement must provide sufficient information for SSA to determine that a firm other than APW Wright-Line can provide the equipment and installation support. If SSA does not receive an acceptable response to this announcement within 5 days of its publication, it will issue an order to APW Wright Line for the supplies and their installation.
