Description

The Contractor shall provide and install three 20-ton air-conditioner units in accordance to our specifications. These units shall be placed on the roof of the Government Printing Office Warehouse located in Laurel Maryland. This unit shall be designed for operation while fully exposed to the weather. The new AC units shall be a York Model #D2CE240A460, NO SUBSTITUTE, in order to match previously installed units. These air-cooled units shall be connected to the building by ductwork. The contractor will be required to remove and dispose of the existing AC units and modify existing ductwork and roof steel. The contractor must provide a crane and crew to perform the job. Note: NO SOLICITATIONS OR DRAWINGS WILL BE MAILED. DRAWINGS FOR THIS PROJECT WILL BE ISSUED AT THE SITE VISIT ON APRIL 11, 2002. The site visit will be held at the Laurel Complex, 8610 Cherry Lane, Door 21, Laurel, Maryland.
