- Description
- The synopsis previously posted on March 15, 2002 at the Federal Business Opportunities Website (FedBizOpps.gov), is modified to incorporate the following information. Parties interested in setting up teaming arrangements for the purposes of submitting a proposal in response to this synopsis should email Ms. Donna Washington at washington@contracts.nrl.navy.mil with a copy to Ms. Cheri Burkhardt at burkhardt@contracts.nrl.navy.mil. Please provide the following information in your email: Company Name and address, point of contact, email address and phone number, and your preference of either being a prime contractor or subcontractor. A list of all companies who submitted an email expressing interest in teaming will be provided in an attachment to the solicitation when it is issued. Should a company decide not to provide his/her preference, a list of those parties will also be included as part of the same attachment.
