- Concerns having the ability to furnish the following supplies and services are requested to give written notification, including, a telephone number for a POC to the acquisition office listed in this notice within 5 calendar days from the date of synopsis. The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for Rational Suite Enterprise Version 2002 software (3 Licenses), annual maintenance and associated mentoring and professional services. The contractor shall provide these services as follows: (1) Professional Mentoring Services: (32 hours) Centered around reinforcing the concepts of object-oriented development using the Unified Modeling Language. ? day sessions on-site will occur weekly for the first month, then bi-weekly after that.
