- NA USA TACOM plans to issue RFQ DAAE07-02-R-M056 to procure Environmental Engineering Management and Services in support of the Bradley Project Management Office. NOTE 22: This proposed action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received with forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete withi n this proposed contract based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. The successful contractor shall provide services to the PM Bradley office to include studies, analyses, and preparation of associated reports and documentation. Specifically, the successful contractor shall perform environmental analysis of the Bradley Ve hicle Programs and prepare supporting documentation on their efforts on a monthly basis in customer specific formats detailing their technical progress. The Contractor shall provide cost reports as outlined in this pending contract's Contract Data Require ments List (DD Form 1423). COMPETITION IS LIMITED TO NOTE 22 CRITERIA OUTLINED IN THE PREVIOUS PARAGRAPH.
