- Requires an indefinite quantity of milk, milk products and ice cream for VISN 16, to include: VA Medical Centers Fayetteville, Arkansas; Little Rock, Arkansas; Alexandria, Louisiana; New Orleans, Louisiana; Shreveport, Louisiana; Biloxi, Mississippi; Gulfport, Mississippi; Jackson, Mississippi; Muskogee, Oklahoma; Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and Houston, Texas. This solicitation is for the period beginning 06/01/02 ending 05/31/03 with two one year option provisions. NAICS 422430. Procurement is unrestricted. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer and must be accompanied by a non-refundable check for $10.00 made out to the US Department of Veterans Affairs. No telephone request will be accepted. Electronic solicitation will be available on or about 5 April 2002 and may be obtained FREE at the following URL: http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov/.
