Description: The USDA-Forest Service, Southern Region, is soliciting quotes for Exclusive Use Helicopter Services on the George Washington and Jefferson National Forests in Virginia for fire suppression and prescribed burning during the period of March 15-April 30, 2002. Primary services required include, but not limited to: delivery of aerial retardent to wildfires with a bucket, aerial ignition using a plastic sphere ignition device, delivery of personnel to the project site and delivery of supplies by longline.
