Description: The work shall consist of, but not limited to, providing all labor, materials, transportation and performing all work necessary for Improvements to Military Family Housing, 108 units, 8 Bldgs. (4-plex ), Beeson Avenue Family Housing and 19 Bldgs. (4-plex), Sebille Manor Housing Area, Kadena Air Base, Okinawa, Japan. All work shall be accomplished in strict accordance with the contract specifications and subject to the terms and conditions of the contract.
