- Description
- The 49th Contracting Squadron, Holloman AFB New Mexico is seeking eligible 8(a) business firms capable of performing a Design/Build Construction Services contract. The subject acquisition, F29651-01-R-0011, is for a broad range of design services, maintenance, repair, alteration and minor construction on real property at Holloman AFB NM and its associated sites. The resultant contract will be an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract and will include a wide variety of individual construction task orders as identified in the latest R.S. Means Facilities Cost Database (Computerized Pricing Guide). The contractor will be required to provide all functions to design up to 100% and furnish all materials, equipment and personnel necessary to manage and accomplish all projects against subject contract. Contractor will NOT be required to maintain an office function on-base. Individual task orders will vary in size, complexity and trades required to complete. The guaranteed contract minimum is $25,000 per year and the proposed maximum is $5,000,000 per year. The average value is $2.6 million per year with a range from $25,000 to $500,000 for each task order. The performance period will be a basic year with 4 one year options. The proposed contract is 100% set-aside for certified 8(a) firms with a bona fide location in the State of New Mexico. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 233320. The solicitation will be issued via the Electronic Posting System (EPS) at www.eps.gov. NO paper copies of the solicitation, specifications, plans or bidders mailing list will be issued. Telephone requests will not be accepted. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contract Registration (CCR) PRIOR to submitting their proposal.
