- THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 11 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR 1-168-RCE.1275 Provide services to dismantle, re-locate and install government-owned ABAR vacuum furnaces. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to cancel the requirement in its entirety due to funding issues. It is anticipated that this requirement will be solicited at a later date. The due date for receipt of offers is not.
