Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN BROWNSVILLE, TENNESSEE AMOUNT: Approximately 2,083 square feet of rentable office and related space for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Rentable space must yield a minimum 1,811 BOMA usable square feet. In addition, to the rentable square feet of office space, four (4) parking spaces will be required. Locations with one-half (0.5) acre of open land for use as a ware-yard will be given preferential treatment. LOCATION: Proposed space must be located within the following area: The County of Heywood, State of Tennessee, USA. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Five (10) years, with five- (5) firm term. OWNERS AND AGENTS: To express interest, please contact the following office no later than 4:00 p.m. EST April 20, 2002. Agents must have a letter of authorization to represent the owner. Due to time constraints, satisfaction of requirements through new construction will not be considered
