- Description
- The NAVSEA Keyport Undersea Warfare Center Keyport is contemplating award on a sole source purchase order to Automatic Power Inc for (2) automatic rotating beacons, P/N APRB-252-AC/2. One will be for white/amber in color and the other white/red in color. Each will have a standby DC power system and an installation kit. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N00253-02-Q-0121 and is issued as a Request for Quote. The following provisions apply to this solicitation, 52:212-1 Commercial Items; 52:212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification ? Commercial Items; 52:212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items and 52:212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions ? Commercial Items. Responses shall be due no later than 1300 hours PT on 28 March 02. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. See numbered Note 22*****
