- Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, Philadelphia PA, intends to acquire a quantity of four (4) Veritical Capstan's. These will be produced in accordance with specification and will be subject to quality assurance inspections. Drawings and Literature will be required for any product offered.
