Description
Pre-solicitation for firm fixed price repair requirements type contract with a one-year basic contract period and 2 one-year option periods, to provide firm fixed price repair work for Hydrostatic Pumps; NSN: 2520-01-010-3114QS, P/N 18-2011 or P/N 7352568; NSN: 4320-01-355-4464QS, P/N 2520-025; NSN: 2520-01-468-4822QA, P/N MPV-035 in accordance with the Statement of Objectives. Offerors will be required to submit a Statement of Work in response to the Statement of objectives which will be an attachment to the solicitation, addressing how the work requirements therein will be satisfactorily accomplished by the offeror. The Statement of Work will be incorporated into any resultant contract. In addition, a line item will be added to drop in similar items, in form and function, for repair if needed. Data (DD Forms 1423) will be ?not separately priced? (NSP) and will be attached to the solicitation. Government?s required delivery is 30 calendar days after receipt of reparable with a minimum of 15 each (combination of NSNs) per month. BEQ Estimate--Basic Year (FY02) 200 Ea; Option I (FY 03)200 Ea; Option II (FY04)200 Ea. Contractor Delivery Schedule - APPLICABLE NUMBERED NOTES: 1 (SB Set-A-Side) APPLICABLE WR-ALC LOCAL NOTES: "B" Ombudsman, "B" - All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified below for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your concerns are not satisfied by the contacting officer an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serious contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern.
