- Description
- This acquisition is for the procurement of 1318 each TUBE, ASSY, METAL, P/N: 4082679, NSN: 4710-01-415-9574NZ. The size and dimensions: BBYQ Tubing Outside Diameter, 0.500 inches nominal, AAGT WALL THICKNESS, 0.028 inches nominal ABHP OVERALL LENGH, 15.504 inches Minimum and 15.584 inches maximum. The form fit and function: Used on all applications F100/200/220/220E/229. #5 Scavenge tube used to remove oil from #5 bearing compartment. Predominant materials of manufacture: Nickel Alloy/Cobalt. Required delivery: 1318 each, 77 each or more per month starting 31 Jun 2002. The items will be ship to FB2039, Tinker AFB OK. First Article Testing required. Technical Data Package is not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Qualification requirements: Sources must be qualified prior to being considered for award. The Government is not required to delay award pending approval. Instructions for obtaining further information and qualification requirements can be obtained from Source Development Office (405) 739-7243 or (405) 739-7244. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or about 9 Apr 02 on the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizzopps) web site at www.eps.gov, to Pratt & Whitney, Cage 52661, and Lewis & Saunders Inc, Cage 21890. Paper copies will not be available. Prospective contractors must register on the FedBizzops site in order to receive notification. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database http://www.ccr.dlsc.dla.mil) in order to be eligible for award. Please refer to CBD number note 23 and 26.
