- This acquisition is amended with the following three changes. 1. Regarding number 12 of the requirement as stated in Mod. 2, note the following changes. The government will accept BPA International or ABC audits. The government requires that previous issues of the magazine were BPA (or ABC) audited. 2. Contract performance period is for twelve months. 3. Contractors' proposals may include copies of their magazines, but compliance is not required.
