- Description
- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Central Office, Washington D.C., intends to issue a solicitation, RFQ-10907-007, for one Dental Hygienist for the Federal Medical Center in Lexington, Kentucky. The contract type is a firm-fixed price, requirements type contract. The contract period shall consist of a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods for renewal. The estimated quantities for the dental hygienist is 780 2-hour sessions per year. The solicitation will be made available on or about April 9, 2002, and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities website http://fedbizopps.gov/. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this solicitation, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parites are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up to date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotations is May 9, 2002. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered.
