- Item Description: Support Retractable, Trailer Manufacturer's Code and Part Number: (02686) P/N 127000 Quantity (including option quantity): 116 Annual Demand Quantity with four option years available. The ranges are: 1-15; 16-44; 45-72 Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: Two delivery zones. See the actual RFP for the zone information Delivery Schedule: 60 days ARO See Note 26 The solicitation will be available on its issue date of April 15, 2002 at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed five years. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past peformance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
