- Description
- Provide Operations & Maintenance Services to manage, operate, maintain, repair, and provide engineering and technical support to the following buildings: Federal Office Building #2 in Arlington, Va; Hybla Valley Federal Office Building in Alexandria, VA; and, the US Court of Appeals for the Armed Forces in Washingtion DC. Services are to be provided for a base year period (12 months)and four consecutive one-year option periods. A fixed price with partial IDIQ contract is anticipated. The resultant contract will also have an award fee. There will be a preposal conference and a site visit which all prospective offerors are strongly encouraged to attend. This acquisition is unrestricted and is open to both small and large business concerns.
