- Solicitation for Operations & Maintenance, 1500 E. Bannister Road, Kansas City, Missouri. Solicitation to be issued on or about March 28, 2002. Contract period for nine (9) years, with a three (3) year base period with two (2) three (3) year option periods. Pre-bid site visit scheduled for April 16, 17 and 18, 2002. This requirement will be a Source Selection procurement. Anticipated contract start date is October 1, 2002. This notice is amended to include the following information: 1.
