- Naval Research Laboratory intends to award to EV Group US Inc, on other than full and open competitive basis, an award for Software for bond alignment on EV620 to provide for optical alignment of 2 wafers in various configurations; 1 each Universal bond tool set for 4 inch wafers for Anodic, thermo compression and silicon direct bonding process; and 1 UV power meter, NUV 365-540 NM. Sole source is based on compatibility to existing equipment in use at NRL. See note(s) 22.
