- Description
- The FISC Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to acquire on a sole source basis, APS-137A(V)5 component repair services. The repair services will be acquired from Raytheon Company of McKinney, TX, via placement of an order against BOA N00140-01-G-2171. The proposed contract action is for repair services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. See numbered note 22. The applicable North American Industry Classification System number is 334511.
