- This modification is issued to add the following information to the original announcement: The services will consist of the conversion and overhaul of existing Carrier Transcold Compressors installed in the Ship Service Refrigeration Plan on SSN-688 Class Submarines to permit the use of HFC-134a vice R-12 Refrigerant.
