- The Air Force Research Laboratory, Materials and Manufacturing Directorate, Systems Support Division (AFRL/MLSA/MLSC/MLSS), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH hereby notifies all interested businesses that it is canceling all contracting efforts under the subject program due to changing internal requirements and changing fiscal environments.
