- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Hampton, Virginia requires optometrist services. Patients will be sent to the contractor facility for exams. This contract will be from the date of award through September 30, 2002 with the option to renew up to four additional six month periods. Interested contractors should ensure all the information requested beginning on page 15 of this solicitation package is presented with the proposal.
