Low carbon steel split retaining rings, used on MDE jacket water system aboard 110 FT WPB Coast Guard vessel. 5? dia. X 12? overall length expansion joint with 8.5? bolt circle. RM Hotz Inc. P/N 300-3/433x5X12. Quantity 65 each. FOB Destination delivery to USCG ELC Warehouse Annex, Columbia, MD 21046. NOTE: No drawings or specifications are available from this agency. Substitute part numbers are NOT acceptable only the RM Hotz Inc. part numbers as indicated above will be accepted. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for items individually packed, marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Information Number and DUNS Number. NOTE: Packing, Marking and bar code specifications are available via fax to all interested parties, please contact Ms. Cynthia Chaudhry. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAR 2002. NAICS code for this solicitation is 332312 and the small business size standard is 500 employees.
