- Description
- The National Weather Service has a requirement for the repair and maintenance of an existing roofing system at their facility in Miami, Fl. All repairs shall be performed as directed in the Statement of Work. Because this roofing system is under warranty, all repairs, alterations, and maintenance to the roofing system shall be completed by a TAMKO approved roofing contractor as outlined by the written warranty and addendum letter dated August 16, 1995. TAMKO must be notified prior to commencing any repairs or alterations to the roofing system. All materials used in this project shall be manufactured by TAMKO, or approved by TAMKO in writing prior to use. Contractor shall be required to meet all security requirements for personnel and vehicles used in this project. Use of on premise facilities will be at the discretion of the building owner and authorization must be confirmed prior to starting work. Contractor is responsible for the removal of all excess materials, materials removed im the performance of the Statement of Work, trash, etc, and will not use facility trash dumpsters. Procurements under Simplified Acquisition Procedures ($25,000-$100,000) are set-aside for small business unless small business cannot meet the need at a reasonable price.
