Issue Date: April 8, 2002, Closing Date: May 8, 2002. Subject item is non-commercial. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 247 DARO. subject RFP is an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a Base Year and four (4) Option years. The subject RFP Estimated Annual Quantity for the Base Year is 1,414 each and the Estimated Annual Quantity for each Option Year is 1,440 each. Surge and Sustainment coverage apply. First Article Testing required. Subject item is in accordance with military specification MIL-PRF-10215J. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
