- The purpose of this notification is to respond to questions from potential offerors. 1) Is there an incumbent contractor, contractor group, or contractor team in place, or is this a new effort? ANSWER: This is a new effort. 2) Will you consider a joint venture or teaming arrangement in response to the subject RFP? ANSWER: All offers will be considered subject to Note 1. 3) If so would capability statements be required for all members of the team? ANSWER: Reference FAR 52.212-1 and 52.212-2 of the initial synopsis. 4) Is this a follow-on contract or a new initiative? ANSWER: See answer to question 1, above. 5) Does a Statement of Work exist describing requirements to which we may address our capabilities statement? ANSWER: Yes, reference the initial synopsis. 6) Who are the large companies that responded to your request? ANSWER: This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. 7) Will there be any special user interface requirements for this RFP? ANSWER: The Government does not understand this question 8) Do you anticipate publishing a list of interested sources? ANSWER: No. 9)When do you expect an RFP to be released and is there any pre-RFP meeting or documentation available? Reference the second sentence of the initial synopsis. 10) Will you consider setting aside a portion of this RFP ? a Small 8(a) Business Company in response to the subject RFP? ANSWER: Method of Contracting was evaluated and determined prior to release of the synopsis/solicitation.
