- Description
- The USDA Forest Service has a requirement for Dental and Hygienist Services at Wolf Creek Civilian Conservation Center which is located approximately 30 miles east of Roseburg on Little River Road, Umpqua National Forest, Glide, Oregon. This Request for quotation is designated a SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This contract will be awarded as a Firm Fixed Priced contract with a Base and 4 option years. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, transportation, supplies, materials and other resources (except for Government-furnished property or facilities described herein) necessary to complete the work described.
