- YPC02011000576 & YPC02070001062 NSN 1710-00-831-6821 Connector Assembly, Aircraft Arresting Barrier. IAW Basic Drawing Nr 98750 66D1751. Deliver 88 each to New Cumberland, Pa and 158 each to Tracy, California within 362 days after date of contract. This solicitation contains a 25% option quantity of 62 each plus a requirement for First Article Test to be done IAW 9907 clin. Waived source for the First Article Test is 22114 L M & E Co Inc. This solicitation will be available on the internet at http://www.dscc.dla.mil/rfq/, 15 days after this notice is published. Request for hard copies of this solicitation will not be accepted. The small business standard is 1000 employees. Written requests for drawings are to be submitted to Defense Supply Center Columbus, ATTN: DSCC-VTCD , PO BOX 3990, Columbus, Ohio 43216-5000; by fax 614-692-2998 or call 614-692-2344. Requests should include the RFQ number, opening/closing date, NSN, Purchase Request Number (e.g. YPC/RFQ), buyer?s name and or complete name and address. Federal, Military and Commercial Specifications cannot be provided by DSCC. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
