- Air Force Research Laboratory, Sensors Directorate (AFRL/SNAT ) solicits research proposals ATASA FRT #1 "Three Dimensional RADAR Imaging Capability Development" under FRTA #1: "ATR Algorithms and Theory" of the original BAA The overall objective of this Focused Research Topic (FRT) is to demonstrate the capability to form focused 3-D ?images? of targets with arbitrary motion (relative to the sensor platform) using a RADAR with a single phase center. This FRT is a jointly sponsored research initiative by the Air Force Research Laboratory?s (AFRL?s) Sensors Directorate (SN) and DARPA. Thus, AFRL/SN Wright Research Site is soliciting technical and cost proposals for development of a 3-D RADAR imaging capability.
