Description

The contractor shall provide cafeteria services at the ICC/Customs Complex (also known as the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency Headquarters Complex or the EPA Headquarters Complex), located at 12th and Constitution Avenue, NW in Washington, DC for an initial period of five (5) years, beginning June 15, 2002, with unilateral options exercised at the Government's discretion. The total contract period will not exceed fifteen (15) years. The Government intends to procure the service through competitive negotiations using Source Selection procedures. The solicitation is open to both large and small business concerns. The anticipated solicitation issue date is April 01, 2002. Proposals will be due May 01, 2002 at 12 Noon.
