Description

REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government seeks to lease office and related use space consisting of approximately 4,950 rentable square feet. Rentable square feet must yield 4,420 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet, available for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. Space must be on one level, contiguous and have a maximum length to width ratio of 2 to 1. Columns must be at least 20 feet from any perimeter wall and from each other, and must be no more than 2 feet square. LOCATION: Properties must be located within or fronting the following boundaries: West: U.S. Highway 68 (Harrodsburg Rd); North: Bellerive Rd ; East: U.S. Highway 27 (Nicholasville Rd) ; South: State Rt. 169. REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. TERM: Space is required approximately January 15, 2003. Lease term will be ten (10) years, with five years firm term. OWNERS/AGENTS: Agents must provide documentation showing their authority to represent owner.
