- Description: NAICS 233320, Size Standard: $27.5 Million. Project No. IOK00282, Solicitation No. GS-07P-02-UDC-0007. Federal Building/U.S. Courthouse, Muskogee, Oklahoma. This procurement is restricted to certified HUBZone small business concerns. The estimated construction cost range is $5 milllion to $10 million. This requirement is for the procurement of a construction firm to provide all management, labor, materials, and equipment necessary for repair and alterations to the Federal Building/U.S. Courthouse (FB/CH), 101 N. Fifth Street, Muskogee, Oklahoma. This facility is a five story building, with one basement level, and is approximately 123,510 gross square feet in size. The FB/CH is constructed in a Neoclassical style and was completed in 1915 with a 1937 addition. The scope of work includes: architectural upgrades to spaces primarily on the second, third and fourth floors, new electrical service, new HVAC systems such as AHUs, VAV boxes and ductwork, as well as selective energy management system upgrades, new domestic plumbing, new fire sprinkler system, ceiling replacement in connection with HVAC and fire sprinkler work, asbestos abatement and lead-based paint control associated with architectural, mechanical and electrical work, and selective lighting replacement. Construction work will be completed in separate phases of work. The building will be occupied during construction. The project is being procured using source selection procedures which will result in a firm-fixed price award to the offeror who provides the best value to the Government.
