- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole source contract to Carol Dunaway, 2003 Rittenhouse Street, Hyattsville, MD 20782, to continue functional expertise for SPAWAR during implementation and deployment of the Acquisition Management Automation System (AMAS). Carol Dunaway, as the Functional Architect, was involved in the original AMAS development and has an understanding of the unique aspects of SPAWAR's AMAS system. This support will focus on assisting SPAWAR in preparing implementation into the operational environment including business rules and procedures implemented within the system. The contract's period of performance will be a base period of 12 months from date of award. This request is considered to be sole source to Carol Dunaway and no solicitation will result from this announcement.
