- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Pearl Harbor HI intends to negotiate a 100% small business set aside for the following supplies with services. Item 0001, approximately 12,384 square feet of Carpet, 100% nylon with approximately .219 inch pile, 28 oz., dark lavender in color (Samples to be provided by vendors at site visit); Item 0002, approximately 12,384 square feet of padding, palatial 3/8 inch felt; Item 0003, Installation of carpet and padding [glue down for padding, tackless for carpet]; Item 0004, approximately 3,264 feet of Cove Base, 4 inch Brown (Berke #502 or equal); Item 0005, 1 Lot, Installation of the Cove Base; Item 0006, 1 Lot, Removal and Disposal of existing Carpet and Cove Base; Item 0007, 1 Lot, Padding and Cove Base Adhesive. The Bldg has X floors, which has 46 rooms to be carpeted. Government is to provide dumpsters for waste disposal during the installation phase as well as equipment and material storage. A site visit will be conducted. Exact time and date to be included in the solicitation. (Please note that contractor personnel must be U.S. citizens in good standing). The NAICS Code and Small Business Size Standard for this procurement are 314110 and 500 respectively. Far Part 12 applies. All Contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Register Database, (CCR), to be eligible for Department of Defense contract awards.
