- Description
- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida, intends to negotiate a sole source commercial contract with Nautroniz, Inc, 663 Drive, Suite 120, Houston, TX 77024, for two (2) Acoustic Transponder (ATS) II Systems, Two (2) ATS High Power Omni Beacons, w/ associated support and spare items. These items are a component that is integrated into existing shipboard equipments and systems. The government possesses no technical data that can be used to procure these items on a competitive basis. Delivery will be to the Coastal Systems Station, with delivery 8 weeks after award. Anticipated contract type is a firm-fixed-price supply contract. (Note 22 applies).
