- Description
- The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to provide locksmith services for various Military Family Housing sites, Administration Offices and Auxiliary Buildings, located throughout San Diego County, California. This is an Invitation for Bid (IFB), Firm-Fixed Price (FFP). Period of Performance will be for a 12-month base period and four 12-month options periods. There will be ?No Site Visit?. Prospective bidders may visit any of the Military Family Housing sites during regular business hours at their own convenience to acquaint themselves with the various Military Family Housing Complexes. This solicitation will be available solely through the Internet website ?esol.navfac.mil?. This is ?Small Business Set-Aside? procurement. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) code is 7699 and the NAICS code is 561622. The Small Business Size Standard is $5 million. The services to be provided are subject to the Service Contract Act wage rates. Bids will be considered from all Small Business responsible sources.
