- Description
- The Government intends to enter into a sole source contract with Northrop-Grumman Co. located in Bethpage NY. This contract, if awarded, shall be issued under Basic Ordering Agreement N68335-00-G-0325 for technical manual and provisioning technical documentation updates. Northrop-Grumman is the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the equipment and has the necessary drawings, data and specifications needed to complete this effort. The Government does not have the Data, drawings or specifications necessary to complete this effort and there will be no solicitation issued. Any questions may be directed to point of contact listed in this announcement. The Government reserves the right to summarily reject any offer, which does not meet the needs of the Government.
